Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle. You can manage your subscription from your dashboard settings via Stripe Customer Portal.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Verification is a 3-tier system. Tier 1 (Account Verified) requires email verification. Tier 2 (Verified Breeder) requires 2+ registered dogs, health records, uploaded documents, and admin approval. Tier 3 (Premium) is auto-earned after 6+ months of activity with 5+ dogs.
Free members cannot post ads. Level 1 members can post up to 10 active listings. Level 2 members have unlimited ad postings. Stud ads additionally require a linked registered dog.
Yes. Each organization on the platform has complete data isolation. Your dogs, pedigrees, and profile are only visible within the registry you signed up for.
