Send us a sample of what you have: a spreadsheet, an Access database, exported files. We'll load it into a private copy of your registry, free, so your board can see your own animals in it before deciding anything.

Certificates
Each animal's first official certificate costs your registry $2. Reprints are free. Members never pay us, and we never take a percentage: you decide what your members pay for a certificate, and you keep all of it.
Certificates carry your registry's name, colours and registration numbers.
Questions registrars ask
Do you take a cut of our registration fees or member dues?
No. You set your own prices and keep everything you collect. We charge the plan's price and $2 for an animal's first official certificate, and nothing else.
Is there a limit on how many animals we can register?
No, on every plan, including the free one. A registry with fifty years of records shouldn't hit a wall halfway through bringing them across. The paid plan adds your own web address, several administrators, and your existing records brought across.
We have decades of records. Can you move them over?
That's usually where we start. Send us a sample: a spreadsheet, an Access database or exported files. We'll load it into a private copy of your registry, free, so your board can see your own animals in it. Larger or messier migrations are quoted as a project.
Do we have to replace our website?
No. Keep it as it is and link to your registry from its menu. The registry has its own web address: yourname.breedforce.com, or your own domain on the Registry plan.
Whose name do members see?
Your registry's. Its name, colours and photos are on its pages, and you set your own membership levels and prices.
Which animals does it work for?
Any animal with pedigree records: cattle, sheep, goats, horses and dogs. Your registry's pages use your breed's own words, such as herd book and stud bulls for cattle.
What happens to our records if we leave?
They're yours. We'll export everything for you, free, whenever you ask.
