You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account.

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent pedigree information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Engage in any harassment, abuse, or harmful conduct toward other users

4. Data Accuracy

While we strive to maintain accurate records, BreedForce relies on information submitted by members. We do not guarantee the accuracy of pedigrees, health records, or any user-submitted data. Members are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by BreedForce including software, logos, and design is the property of the organization. Members retain ownership of their submitted content but grant BreedForce a license to display and distribute it as part of the Service.

6. Membership and Payments

Paid memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit fraudulent information, or engage in conduct harmful to the community. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BreedForce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notice.
